Imagine videoinstllation was filmed in Lebanon and Syria. Artists and participants imagine a place that don’t excist without using known surroundings. Two splitscreen projections was shown.
Imagine splitscreen projection was filmed in Beirut Lebanon with university students from architecture, film and art departments improvised on utopias. Their stories were paired with footage from beach clubs and stalactite caves.
Sleep in trees splitscreen projection was filmed in Aleppo Syria with women artists imagining non existing landscapes and places at a creative writing workshop with writer and artist Seimi Nørregaard at The 5th International Womenʼs Art Festival. The womens stories were mixed with footage of recreational spaces in and around Aleppo.
Perspektives on fantasy is a documentary filmed in Aleppo and Beirut with interviews with women who during an interview imagine their preferable fictive landscape or place.
